Returns & Refunds policy

When returning products you purchase, there are a few important things to keep in mind. You can return unwanted items by post within 30 business days of receiving them.

If you plan a big order, we suggest you test a small order firstly. After confirm all, then do the big order.

Returns within 30 days are refundable. Buyer pays return shipping.

Orders can be canceled within one day of order placement.

If you wish to return an item, it must still be resalable and in the same condition as when you received it, with all original packaging included.

All items are carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipping, if the item is damaged during shipping, we may charge 30-70% depending on the extent of the damage.

Please ask us questions before purchasing. If the item is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it. If the item arrives defective or damaged, you can return the item and we will pay for the shipping. Once we receive the defective product, we will replace the item.

If the expedited courier fee selected by you (such as the consumer voluntarily chooses a more expensive shipping method), no refunds are supported.

If you are not satisfied with the product you received for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem!

If you want to cancel your order, you must notify us before the order is shipped. We will notify you of the cancellation by email. Refund requests will be processed within one business day. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement (PayPal), depending on how long it takes your bank to process the transaction.

If the order has been shipped, you will receive a notification that the order is on the way and you will be refunded after you return the package to us. When the return arrives to us, you will be refunded for the order.
